General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery
1. Application
1.1. Application. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery apply to agreements on MobiCom Pro ApS, VAT number DK36432357, sale and delivery of the product below (electricity charging at MOBICOM Power’s public charging stations).
2. Basis of Agreement
2.1. Basis of Agreement. MobiCom Pro ApS offers electricity charging to private customers (B2C) at MOBICOM Power’s public electricity charging stations with a daily price of kWh (kilowatt-hour) via the associated app, where other terms and conditions are described and accepted by the customer before use.
3. The product
3.1. The product. The product (electricity charging via app) that MobiCom sells and delivers to the customer complies with Danish legislation upon delivery. The customer downloads his app in the usual way in the Apple or Android version. Since the app is free, this is not a subscription agreement.
3.2. Software, Apps and other services. Services, including programming, production of Apps and services, are provided in accordance with industry standards.
4. Payment gateway, price, reservation and payment
4.1. Payment gateway. Mobicom Pro ApS uses Freepay, www.freepay.dk, as a payment intermediary.
4.2. Price. The price per kWh (kilowatt-hour) depends on the provider, current rates, daily price and any fees.
4.3. Payment. Payment can be made with VISA, MasterCard or Apple Pay.
4.4. Reservation. A reservation is made for an amount corresponding to the current kWh price * 100 kWh on the customer’s card at the start of any electric charging. Example: 0.5 EUR * 100 kWh = 50 EUR.
If there is no coverage on the customer’s card for the reservation amount, electric charging cannot be carried out.
The final amount for the electric charging minus the reservation amount will be charged to the customer’s card at the end of the electric charging.
The descriptor on the customer’s bank statement will be: “MOBICOM Power charging”.
MobiCom Pro ApS does not have access to the customer’s card information and therefore does not store the customer’s card information.
4.5. Subscription feature: By accepting these terms and conditions, you give Mobicom Pro the opportunity to register your card information with Freepay for faster payment. For each charge, you must choose whether you want to use a saved card or make a payment with another card, MobilePay or Apple Pay.
You can remove saved cards at any time and you must accept these terms and conditions at any time when registering new cards. All card information is stored with Freepay.
4.6. Location and receipt: The company’s location at the time of payment is Hauge Møllevej 4, 3550 Slangerup, Denmark. The receipt will be sent immediately after the electric charging is completed and the purchase is completed to the customer’s specified email address and will also be visible in the app.

6. Right of withdrawal and return conditions
6.1. Right of withdrawal and return conditions. Since the product (electric charging via app) is a digital product that is purchased for immediate and direct consumption without the physical possibility of return, the customer accepts that there is no right of withdrawal and no return conditions (in the same way as when purchasing traditional fuel such as gasoline and diesel).
